A disposable packaging box refers to a box for a single-use packaged article. Although the packaging box is called a disposable packaging box, the packaging box can be repeatedly used for many times due to its material characteristics. At present, disposable packaging boxes on the market are mostly disposable packages that are formed by one-shot molding of rubber injection molding and plastic absorbing.
Performance characteristics:
(1) The disposable injection box is made of PP material. PP has low density, strength, stiffness, hardness and heat resistance, which are superior to low-pressure polyethylene, resistant to high temperatures of 120 degrees Celsius, and low temperature of -20 degrees Celsius. Common acid and alkali organic solvents have little effect on it and can be used in food utensils. PP is a semi-crystalline material. It is harder and has a higher melting point than PE.
(2) The usual disposable injection box is made of food grade PP material. PP plastic does not absorb microwaves, so it can be used as cooking utensils in the microwave oven.
(3) Disposable injection molding lunch boxes are not only convenient and practical, but also can store foods in different categories.
Quality discrimination
1.Color
Most people think that a white lunch box is clean and hygienic, but a degradable lunch box is not. The general degradable lunch boxes use paper or plants as raw materials, and their own colors are not white. The paper we use every day has also been bleached. Meal boxes made of starch will be gray, other types of lunch boxes are also slightly darker, not pure white, some qualified lunch boxes may also be used to enhance the aesthetics, adding edible additives during the post-production process. .
2.odor
Some inferior lunch boxes have a certain pungent odor, due to the addition of some harmful chemicals or industrial additives during processing.
3.texture
Qualified lunch boxes will have a certain degree of "toughness", will not be very brittle, break at a glance, and should have a high strength.
